Wahoo! Go Runners!!!

I'm so excited that you're gonna join me!!! Yay to Adrienne, Jenni, and Angel! If there are any others who want to run with us, feel free!!! Here's our schedule for the rest of the week...

Wednesday (today): rest day. No running.
Thursday (tomorrow):2.5 miles (WE CAN DO THIS!!!)
Friday (the day after tomorrow... haha): Rest day. No running.
Saturday (the day after... that): 3 miles (Focus all your emotion on it... we'll do it!)
Sunday: of course, this is a day of rest. :) No running.

So, not too bad... right?

So far, my groin is really sore. But it feels sooooooo GOOD! Yay!!!

Keep it up you guys! Blog about it! I want to know how you're doing! We'll keep each other going!

Yay for working towards better health for those we love!!!

Yay!!! I love it! Megan and I are going to try! :) It's hard to get out because of D but I'm starting to run with my brother in law and I hope he keeps me in check! Plus he's a boy and tall and can ward off any scary people if we go running super late! That seems to be the only time I can go! I'm excited!

P.S. I have been working out since last July to loose all of this weight. I have a bum knee that I had surgery on when I was 19, but I can make it on the elliptical machine going fast and steady for 6 miles! What I'm trying to say is that what you are doing is great! Count me in though its going to be more of a treadmill/elliptical machine thing.
