Last Saturday, January 31st, my best girlfriends in the WHOLE WORLD, and I, got together for a girls afternoon/night! It was so much fun! We went to The Gateway in Salt Lake and saw "New In Town". I absolutely loved it! It was such a funny movie (hope I haven't hyped it up for you)! I want to see it again! Then we wandered around and did some shopping and we finished off with dinner at Flemings and it was FABULOUS! I have decided that Flemings has got to be one of my most favorite places to eat! Mmmmmm! My good friend, Chris, is the Wine Manager there, so we were treated very nicely! Anyway, enjoy the pics...
What FUN! =) I'll def have to keep that place in mind when we head to SLC next. It's nice just to have a day? Looks like you enjoyed every sec! Luv the pics! The last one almost looks like Chris could be President one day..haha!
Oh Ashley! I am so happy that you FINALLY got to get out with your friends and just breathe and have a good time. It is so long overdue! You are such a dedicated mommy. No one deserves some R&R like you. I am happy for you! Love, Stacy
How fragile life, how certain death. We do not know when we will be required to leave this mortal existence. And so I ask, “What are we doing with today?” If we live only for tomorrow, we’ll eventually have a lot of empty yesterdays. Have we been guilty of declaring, “I’ve been thinking about making some course corrections in my life. I plan to take the first step—tomorrow”? With such thinking, tomorrow is forever. Such tomorrows rarely come unless we do something about them today. President Thomas S. Monson
We were married June of 2004 after an exciting year of dating! We have a beautiful daughter named Mercydez. Mercydez was born January 3rd, 2008. Our sweet princess was diagnosed with CHARGE Syndrome. This syndrome can include many challenges, the most threatening being Heart Disease. Our sweet little Mercy returned to Heaven on March 15th, 2009 due to complications of her complex heart disease. We have learned, very deeply and personally, that families are eternal. Our little angel, Mercydez, has taught us more in her life than we have learned in our entire lifetime.
This blog is our way of recording our thoughts, passions and experiences.
